WaiverMaster offers a an integration with Mindbody that creates or updates a customer profile based upon information from your custom digital waivers, also attaching a PDF of each waiver. If you wish to add Mindbody integration, please send us your Studio/Site ID and we’ll send you an activation link. We will also contact you directly to finalize the integration as each MINDBODY business may have different requirement/features that we offer. Please note that you must be on a paid subscription and there’s an additional fee per month per MBO location added automatically.
Adding Mindbody integration
In order to link your MBO account we will need your Studio/Site ID information. Please use our ticket system found in your WaiverMaster account control panel under “Support”, or through an email to support@waivermaster.com. One of our support personnel will manually link your MBO account with WaiverMaster. Once your account has been added you will receive an email form WaiverMaster with your MBO activation link and Activation Code (if asked for)
You must me logged into MBO as OWNER or this process will not work. Once you see a successful message, please email us and we’ll finalize the integration.
How does MBO integration work:
MBO integration is configured per document/form and works as follows:
When a customer fills out and submits a WaiverMaster document we search your MBO to match the email and the first name.
- If no match is found, a new profile is created and the document is uploaded as a PDF into the client’s documents section in MBO.
- If one match is found we update the profile (default setting) OR create a duplicate (alternate setting if you want to enable that) and upload a PDF to MBO.
- If more than one match is found, we always create a duplicate and upload a PDF.
Profile and PDF integration can be enabled individually on each document/form:
- PDF without profile integration : for documents/forms that you don’t need to integrate with a profile, and only upload to MBO (requires that a profile exists in MBO).
- Profile without PDF integration : no PDF will be uploaded, profile will be created or updated (good for simple intake forms without any custom fields or legal copy).
- Profile and PDF : Profile will be created/update, and PDF will be uploaded.
Mandatory Fields
There are mandatory fields which are required by MindBody such as Name and Email for example. Any other fields that you have set as required in MindBody such as an emergency contact number must match to be also required in WaiverMaster. Anytime changes are made to MindBody profile settings they must be made on your WaiverMaster form(s). Check your MindBody account and make sure your that, for example, your emergency contact settings have not changed. If something has changed, please submit a support ticket with the changes or send an email to support@waivermaster.com.
