WaiverMaster for legal reasons cannot create a waiver for you, only convert your waiver to a digital format. We do however offer several templates that you can choose as an outline for your waiver. They contain basic and required information such as name and email and, depending on your industry, several fields and formats that are generally used.

The other parts of the waiver, such as Federal, State and local rules and regulations that are applicable to your industry would need to be supplied. An example would be your “Terms and Conditions”. Any other custom fields you may want would also have to be included.

WaiverMaster has several user and industry standard templates that you can choose from. Please feel free to browse our template selection. Once you find a template that meets your needs, note the Document ID number:

If you wish to use this document follow the procedure for adding a new document In the Instructions/Notes section write in the Document ID of the template you want to use. Then, if needed, attach a file with any additional information you want included in the template you have chosen.
