A document page is considered 8-1/2 by 11 inches. Your waiver can consist of multiple pages, but iis recommended to be under ten or less.
Documents need to be uploaded through your WaiverMaster account control panel or can be sent directly to us at support@waivermaster.com. If sending a file to us make sure that the request is made from the account email address associated with WaiverMaster. Any files or account requests sent with an email other than the one will be ignored.
All documents must be uploaded or emailed using a specific format. We can only accept files that are in PDF (preferred), Word (docs.docx, txt) or Pages. The files should be under 700k in size if possible.
