With WaiverMaster you can add image(s) directly into your customers forms such as ID’s, profile pictures, equipment rentals, etc. This feature requires the use of the device camera generally available now on all mobile phones and tablets. You can also use use the Clover Mini and Station with an external DS9208 laser scanner (USB).
To add images on a document(s) please follow our add or update document instructions found in this knowledge base section. In the instructions please indicate whether the image(s) you wish to capture are required or optional fields.
When your customers are using your waiver with the add an image option they will see this:

They can use the camera option to take a photo of their driver’s license, profile picture, etc. and add it to the waiver. Any image can be added including before and after pictures of procedures such as tattoos or equipment.
